These are very popular apartments, and they will lease quickly. We urge you to make your housing decisions very soon, as prime rental apartments will rapidly disappear in Bloomington. Pet policy
Allowable pets include small contained or caged pets such as some fish, birds, reptiles, and pocket pets. No dogs or cats.
Deposit
The refundable deposit is equal to one month’s rent paid at the time the lease is signed. All rents are paid in advance on the first day of each month. There is a ten-dollar ($10.00) per day late fee for delinquent rent and a thirty-five dollar ($35.00) check processing fee for bad checks.
Leases

We offer a “no surprises” lease. Most details are spelled out in advance. The owner is the manager and demands the highest standards possible for everyone. We are small enough that we can get to know you and your concerns.
All leases are for approximately 12-months starting and ending in August. With landlord approval, you have the right to sublet your apartment during the summer months. To meet your needs, all apartments can be furnished or unfurnished.
We encourage you to shop and compare. We believe that you are unlikely to find finer living arrangements at this price. Your next step is to assemble two to four members of your leasing team and to come in (preferably together, but not required) to sign the lease. Give yourself some time to read the lease carefully. It is in plain English and it explains what we provide to you in the $60,000 to $80,000 condominiums and what we expect from you. You will find us to be very fair, honest with you, and protective of your needs.
We do need your leasing group to appoint an informal group leader. The leader can later change. One person needs to collect rent monthly and serve as a communicator to us. We require one check to be delivered to the Apartment Office before 5:00 p.m. on the first day of each month.
Moving In & Out
- Move In - When you move in, you will find clean, modern appliances, freshly cleaned carpet, new paint where needed, and attractive furniture. If things are not right, we will attend to them as soon as possible. We will personally inspect the apartment with you when you arrive.
- Times - Your move in and move out times will be emailed to you no later than the 1st of July.
