Our goal is to serve a distinct student community. We care about your needs and will work hard to provide the type of community that the socially active but mature and serious student demands. Our apartments are locally owned and professionally managed. We hope this site can provide you with information in searching for your future living needs.
Consider the value of on-site team office and maintenance personnel. We are available Monday - Friday and 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergency maintenance. Our friendly and helpful staff will try to answer all of your questions. Given our commitment to providing clean, secure environments in an attractive setting near both city and University transport lines, you will find our rates to be extremely competitive.
